Please allow up to six business days from which your order is received for shipping. You'll receive an email or text notification with a tracking number once your order is ready for shipment.

FAQ/Policies

Shipping

We ship orders within the time frame of up to 6 business days from which the order is received. You will receive an email order confirmation receipt as well as a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

The current shipping provider we are partnered with is USPS Priority and First Class mailings.

We also ship internationally. International shipping can take up to a month to be received by customers due to customs.

Once orders are shipped we give out tracking numbers and will no longer be responsible for orders during shipping travel. Examples: customs holdings, wrong address, or any USPS holdings. We will reship orders that are sent back. The customer will also be responsible for reshipment cost.

Orders that says "Delivered" via USPS are not our responsibility. Please call USPS or visit USPS website to file a claim on the missing package. We DO NOT refund orders that are claimed as delivered by the shipping provider.

If we're provided with the wrong address, it'll be returned and we'll notify you. Once returned to us, you'll be responsible for shipping payments or we'll provide a refund. 

Damaged Products 

We must be notified of Items that are damaged through the shipping process through email with pictures of damaged products. A decision will be done once there is proof of damaged property. Being that your item was damaged by USPS there is a chance that you will have to return the package to USPS for an insurance claim. USPS is now asking that damaged mail caused by shipping to be returned to them for claim investigation. We can not submit the claim for you. There maybe a chance of having the damaged products returned for a replacement or refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for a decision to be made. 

Returns 

We do not accept any returns if items are not liked. Example: smell, packaging, size. All sales are final.

Products 

Our products are freshly handmade daily. Most of our products will not be identical to the photos because they are handmade. Each batch is unique! Although made with the same ingredients as listed on ingredient lists.

Products are not refunded because of smell, texture, or color deferences. Coloring of products may differ from photos. Examples: light or slightly darker than pictured.
